ABOUT
Hello, I’m Natalia!
I’m fascinated by how things work on the inside, and a company is the best place to see it: lots of people, lots of tools and, sometimes, nobody who sees the whole picture. The first thing I do is sit down with the people doing the work and ask them to walk me through it, step by step.
I come from two very different places: a Big Four firm, followed by four years inside a growing startup. The startup is where I really felt at home. The pace, the chaos and, above all, how much there was to improve every day. Now I work with teams at exactly that stage.
I love building. With today’s tools, understanding a problem and building the solution no longer have to be two different people’s jobs. Putting my operations brain to work on building is what I enjoy most about what I do.
I take ownership and get properly involved. I treat your operation like my own and stick around until it works. I’d love to work with you.
